The new Strautmann Smart Feed Cab - comfortable feeding
The driver of a self-propelled wagon needs a comfortable workplace. Significant factors are the entry, a good overview and easy access to all important operating elements. These are the features that Strautmann has combined in the new Smart Feed Cab. The new design creates a generous feeling of spaciousness and excellent clearness.
A completely new driving experience, according to the reports of the first test pilots. A particular highlight is the generous glazing providing a good overview with a high degree of safety for the driver. The air-conditioning system as part of the standard equipment simultaneously ensures comfortable temperatures in the driver‘s cabin. The heated windscreen provides convincing advantages in winter. The mirrors are heated and electrically adjustable as standard.
The heart of the new cabin is the new control system: the Strautmann Feed Control. Simple and intuitive operation enables quick orientation for any user. Strautmann combines proven technology with new functions. The large, clearly arranged display, the new joystick and key-pad operation allow quick orientation and intuitive machine operation for the driver. The functions can be individually adapted to and saved for any user depending on the operating mode (travelling, fodder intake and discharge).
The new Primus 600 is the first machine equipped with the new Strautmann Smart Feed Cab. In future, all Primus models will be fitted with the new Strautmann Smart Feed Cab.
